Riggs Body Shop

The entire team at Riggs was amazing! They had the best price by far—about 75% lower than the other quotes I received. Even though they only repaired one door, they went above and beyond by detailing my entire car before returning it. The quality of the work and the exceptional customer service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Riggs to anyone looking for honest pricing and outstanding service!

In May of 2025, I brought my vehicle in for body, paint, and repair work as a first time customer. I was without my vehicle for more than 7 weeks. The only communication received during the entire process was me calling asking for updates. The quality of work when I picked up was very poor as they scratched the paint removing parts off of my vehicle nor completed a full repair of original damage. I had to take my car back in on April 10, 2026 as my front wheel fender started separating from my vehicle. I called on April 16, 2026 asking for an update, was told it’s ready, and would not charge me for the repair. When I went to pick up, I told the owner he guaranteed his workmanship which is why I brought to him to repair. The owner did not acknowledge my statement, nor apologize and did a sloppy job with the repair. I am very disappointed with the lack of quality in customer service and repair.

I had a great experience with Riggs Body Shop. They’re genuinely good people who are easy to work with and really care about their customers. The quality of their work is excellent, and they had my vehicle finished with a super quick turnaround time. If you need body work done and want a shop you can trust, I highly recommend Riggs Body Shop!

Best body shop in town! They go above and beyond for all their customers. If you need anything done from a simple fender bender to a complete restoration make sure to take your vehicle here. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else

I recently had an excellent experience with Riggs body shop while dealing with an insurance claim, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The team was incredibly professional and super easy to work with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, handled the insurance communication, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. What really stood out was how simple they made everything. Filing and managing an insurance claim can usually be a headache, but they handled it efficiently and made sure the whole process went smoothly. I had zero issues at any point, and they made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly.
